Temporary position with working hours in line with business needs.

The role involves supporting the Executive Education team in maintaining high level relationships with clients and providing programme assistance whilst our overseas delegations are on site from September to November. 

As such the post will require some out of hour’s work, to include evenings and weekends, while residential programmes are on site. The overall hours may fluctuate and will be agreed prior to the commencement of each programme within the team.

The ideal candidate will be fluent in Mandarin Chinese and have experience of working in a cross cultural environment. You will possess strong IT skills; excellent written and verbal communication, along with an understanding of Chinese social media. Relevant marketing knowledge would be advantageous as would experience and understanding of the University Collegiate environment.

You should be able to multi-task and prioritise your own workload to meet deadlines, have good team-working skills and an adaptability and willingness to learn.
