Covid-19 safety measures

Wherever you are, we hope that you and your loved ones are in good health, safe and coping in these challenging times.

We are pleased to receive the ‘We’re Good To Go’ from Visit Britain. Acquiring the Industry Standard mark means we have followed Government and industry Covid-19 guidelines, have a risk assessment in place and a process to maintain cleanliness and aid social distancing.

This page provides detail on some of the initiatives we have been working on during Covid-19 to help support you and provide a safe environment for your and your delegates.

The new norm at Møller Institute

Watch our short video highlighting what you can expect when you visit us for a meeting, event or overnight accommodation during Covid-19.

Pre-event communication with staff at the Møller Institute is always responsive and thorough.

In the midst of the pandemic, having read and spoken to staff about the measures that had been put in place, I felt assured that all aspects had been thought about. Our room layout followed social distancing guidelines and refreshments and lunch were served to us in a controlled environment too – we all felt very safe while on-site.

For the duration of the course, staff were on hand to look after us – from meeting us at the door on arrival, serving refreshments and lunches and just ensuring that our experience was a positive one. All of the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The catering team surpassed themselves with amazing plated lunches.

Thank you!
