Xiaohan has a strong background and experience in customer service, first line support and management.
He is responsible for customer service management and programme assistance for overseas executive education programmes. He will ensure the delegates are fully supported while they are in the training programme, and resolve any problems that may arise. He is involved with assisting in the development of programme proposals and content, including the production of different course materials for each programme. He also produces, collects and analyses the delegate feedback. Xiaohan graduated from University of Bedfordshire with MSc Computing and IT.
