Clare has spent her career in Secondary Education. For twenty years, she was employed in various roles in a large school in Cambridge, becoming the Assistant Principal and Head of Sixth Form. She lead the Teaching and Learning programme for the staff with an emphasis on developing the skills and talents of younger teachers. She acted as a mentor for staff taking part in Leadership Development programmes. Clare has a passion for high quality education which promotes excellence for all.

Clare’s role on the Overseas Programme is to support the work of the Programme Manager, both by helping to build programmes which are tailor made to the needs of the delegates and by tracking the learning of the delegates during their time at the Møller Institute. Clare has a BA(Hons) in Medieval and Modern History from the University of Liverpool and a Post Graduate Certificate of Education.
