Laura joined the Møller Institute team in 2019 as a Client Relationship Manager; managing the client’s journey from start to finish, ensuring events are planned and delivered to exceed expectations.
She has over 10 years experience in the hospitality industry, with a wealth of knowledge from her operational background that includes wedding planning and managing a Marco Pierre Restaurant in the centre of Cambridge.
Laura is passionate about working with a team who love what they do, encouraging each other to learn and develop along the way. She believes that communication is the key to success and by building strong relationships with clients, we can deliver exceptional experiences. Laura’s key focus is to inspire and engage clients with her knowledge and experience, understanding their needs and expectations and ensure they return to the Institute time and time again.
