Mark takes overall responsibility for the maintenance and delivery of exceptional customer service in our Main Building and Study Centre through close working relations with the Operations Manager, Front of House Manager, Food and Beverage Manager, Client Development and Relationship teams, the Executive Chef and the Centre Manager.

Mark manages the day-to-day planning and operation of the Study Centre/Main Building in accordance with agreed standards of service, venue presentation and current legislation.  This also involves identifying opportunities to improve standards of customer service, product development, health, safety and security within the building and identify training needs of colleagues.
