Below, you will find some useful information regarding your stay with us.
Reception
Reception is open from 07:00 – midnight. After this the main door will be locked for security and the Night Manager will take over. Please dial ‘0’ to speak to either.
Laundry / Dry Cleaning
Please ask Reception for a laundry bag and form. After you have bagged your clothing please return this to Reception. For same day return, please hand the knotted bag to Reception before 08:00.
Check Out
Please return your key to Reception by 10:30. Any outstanding charges will be settled by your provided credit or debit card. An invoice will be emailed to you automatically. Luggage can be stored if required, please speak to Reception.
Breakfast
07:00 – 09:30 weekdays | 07:30 – 10:00 weekends. A continental breakfast is available for early departures. Please book in advance with Reception.
Complimentary WiFi
WiFi is available throughout the Institute. To connect: search and select the ‘Møller Institute’ network, and follow the instructions on screen.
Mini Bar
Complimentary water is available for you in the mini bar fridge. If you would like other drinks while you are with us, please speak to Reception.
Fire Alarms
Fire alarms are tested every Monday at 08:30. Please evacuate the building should the alarm sound at any other time. The fire procedure information is located on your bedroom door.
No Smoking
Smoking inside the Møller Institute is not permitted. Should evidence of smoking be found in your bedroom, a service charge of £200 may be incurred for deep cleaning.
Gym
If you would like to use the gym facilities, please speak to the Reception team.
