What is your previous job experience?

I have worked in the hospitality industry for 20 years, gaining extensive experience both in Hungary, where I lived previously, and in England. Throughout my career, I have held various roles, each presenting unique challenges and opportunities for growth. Despite the diversity of my positions, one constant has been my passion for delivering exceptional service to our clients. I find great satisfaction in ensuring that every guest has a memorable and enjoyable experience, and I am dedicated to maintaining high standards of hospitality.

What would you say motivates you?

I would say my biggest motivation is feedback. Whether it is positive, negative, or constructive, feedback plays a crucial role in driving me to improve continuously. It’s not often I get negative feedback, which is good! But the positive feedback reinforces my confidence and validates my efforts, encouraging me to maintain and enhance my performance.

What do you enjoy about your job the most, and why?

Alike to the answer before, feedback is one of the best things about working at the Møller Institute, we have lovely clients who come to stay and are vocal about how great their visit / stay has been, I love seeing that. I also love my Team, everyone is so united and hardworking, making the day job that much more enjoyable!

What would you say is your proudest accomplishment in both your personal and professional life?

Both in my professional and personal life, I would say that my biggest achievement has been leaving everything behind in Hungary to start a new life in a foreign country. Making this decision was not easy; it required immense courage, resilience, and adaptability. Step by step, I navigated the challenges of integrating into a new culture, learning the nuances of a different language, and establishing myself in a new community. Through determination and hard work, I managed to build a new life here in England. One of the most rewarding milestones in this journey has been securing my position at the Møller Institute.

Do you have any hobbies outside of work?

I love taking long walks surrounded by nature, it provides me with an escape and allows me to unwind after work. However, I must admit that it would be even more enjoyable if the English weather were a bit more cooperative.
