Abi is an experienced Programme Designer with a background spanning state, private and executive education. She specialises in designing transformative learning experiences that enable leaders and professionals to achieve meaningful personal and organisational growth.
Abi began her career as a qualified teacher, leading innovative approaches to teaching and learning before moving into executive education. Her qualifications in Instructional Design, gained through the Association for Talent Development (ATD), underpin her expertise in creating engaging and impactful learning experiences. She has since designed and delivered high-impact executive education programmes for international clients across a range of industries and sectors. Abi holds two Master’s degrees in Education, including one in Practitioner Research from the UCL Institute of Education – the world’s leading faculty for education – where her research explored the relationship between employee wellbeing and performance.
Her research-informed practice and deep understanding of adult learning underpin her commitment to developing programmes that drive lasting behavioural change and measurable leadership impact.
