Michelle Thomas joined the Møller Institute team in 2016. With a BA Joint Honours Degree in Marketing and Business and 20 years of experience in the hospitality and events industry, Michelle brings extensive expertise to her role as a Client Development Manager.

She previously worked as a Regional Sales Manager for a UK hotel brand and as a Wedding & Events Sales/Marketing Manager at a Resort.

In her current role, Michelle Thomas focuses on finding new business leads, building and maintaining client relationships, and ensuring exceptional client experiences.

The highlight she feels most proud of was when the team surpassed annual sales targets for the year before COVID-19 and 2023.

Michelle’s passion for her job stems from her love for the Møller Institute at Churchill College, University of Cambridge and its offerings, which include a fantastic building and excellent customer service. She also enjoys working with her exceptional team and embraces the opportunity to meet new people, cultivate relationships, and thrive in a competitive sales environment.
