Rachel is a Programme Manager at the Møller Institute, running executive education programmes for overseas private and public organisations. She is responsible for designing and delivering the Møller Institute’s open enrolment coaching programmes, and is committed to expanding the reach and impact of coaching across organisations.
Since joining the Møller Institute in 2018, Rachel has managed key internal strategic projects and organised multiple events for international audiences, including working the International Leadership Association and Unilever on researching organisational purpose (view the whitepaper here). Prior to joining the Møller Institute, Rachel worked at Anglia Ruskin University and Dale Carnegie Training, supporting learning and development through her expertise in marketing and PR.
Rachel graduated with a first class BA Hons in English Literature and is a qualified Yoga Teacher, teaching corporate and public yoga classes in the Cambridge area. She has a strong interest in health and wellness, and particularly employee wellbeing and mental health.
