Susana Lee is the Client Director for the Asia-Pacific region. With more than 11 years of experience in executive education, international relations, and business development, she leads the Institute’s strategic partnerships and client engagement across the region. She focuses on building meaningful relationships with clients and ensures our leadership development programmes are aligned with their long-term organisational goals.
Susana joined the Møller Institute in 2019 as a Programme Manager and led the design and delivery of leadership development programmes for senior executives from government, corporate, and higher education sectors across China, Southeast Asia, Africa, and Europe before taking up her client development role.
Prior to her work in Cambridge, Susana worked at the Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC). She underwent a three-year talent development programme before joining the International Relations department in which she was responsible for formulating and implementing trade promotional programmes to help connect Hong Kong enterprises with business partners around the world.
Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese, Susana holds an MSc in International Public Policy from University College London (UCL) and a BBA in Finance and Marketing from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST). She also holds an Award-Level Certificate in Business Coaching.
