Susana designs and delivers customised executive education programmes for overseas private and public organisations across various sectors including finance, healthcare, education and fashion. These programmes combine academic and practitioner-based learning, cultural experience and inspirational thought to maximise their impact to benefit programme participants, organisations in which they work, as well as society as a whole.
Up to 2017, Susana worked at the Hong Kong Trade Development Council, the statutory organisation responsible for promoting Hong Kong’s international trade in products and services. She underwent a three-year talent development programme before joining the International Relations department in which she was responsible for formulating and implementing trade promotional programmes to help connect Hong Kong enterprises with business partners around the world. With the experience in facilitating international trade, she understands the challenges clients face in the increasingly-interdependent and fast-changing corporate world and addresses their specific needs by developing bespoke executive education programmes.
Susana graduated from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST) with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Marketing in 2011. She later earned a Master of Science in International Public Policy from University College London (UCL) in 2018.
