Zoe has over 20 years’ experience in adult education, supporting learners through a range of educational programmes to develop new skills, build confidence, and expand their social networks.

Throughout her career, Zoe has maintained a strong focus on customer service – an expertise that she brings to her role as Programme Delivery Coordinator at the Møller Institute. This strength is also a passion, evident in the time and care she places in coordinating every logistical detail, managing everything from venue bookings to travel arrangements to ensure programmes run smoothly and participants have the right environment to focus on their growth and development.

As Programme Delivery Coordinator, Zoe acts as the key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, as well as clients and participants, ensuring all questions are answered and everyone has what they need to make the experience impactful.

Having lived in Cambridge all her life, Zoe enjoys sharing insights into the city beyond its university and academic heritage. She was educated locally and recently completed a BSc in Digital Marketing with First Class Honours.
