About the role
The successful candidate will be joining at an exciting time and will play a vital role in the global positioning of the Møller Institute.
You will help to deliver the strategic and tactical marketing plan, developing the Institutes reputation in providing leadership development programmes, and, as one of the leading residential conference centres available.
Key roles of the Marketing Executive include using HubSpot to delivery our automated emails campaigns along with managing our social media strategy, therefore, the successful candidate will require a strong background in creating engaging content.
Salary: £28,000-£32,000 per annum
Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Key responsibilities
Working as part of a small team you will work across many marketing disciplines and carry out a wide variety of marketing activities, with your key responsibilities to include:
- Email Campaign Management: Create and implement workflows and emails for automated marketing campaigns using the Marketing and CRM platform, HubSpot.
- Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute a social media strategy, with a focus on LinkedIn, to drive engagement, enhance marketing activities and support business development.
- Paid Advertising: Manage paid social media campaigns, particularly on LinkedIn, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Content Creation: Work with the wider Møller Institute team to create engaging content that will support our marketing strategy.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date marketing data within HubSpot to enhance marketing effectiveness
- Agency Collaboration: Take a leading role with our HubSpot agency and work closely with other agencies, such as website and video agencies, to ensure alignment across digital marketing efforts.
- Performance Reporting: Analyse digital campaign reports to measure ROI and inform future campaign strategies.
- Competitor Research: Conduct research to support product development and enhance competitive positioning.
- Website Development & SEO: Support ongoing website updates and SEO initiatives to improve the user journey and drive business opportunities.
Ideal candidate
You will be a driven marketing professional, highly motivated and looking for your next step within an exciting and wide-ranging marketing position. With experience of automated marketing campaigns, you will be well organised and driven to succeed.
Essential skills and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field, or a CIM equivalent
- Experience managing workflows and email marketing campaigns
- Minimum of 12 months in a similar Marketing position
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Desirable skills and experience
- Familiar with HubSpot or similar Marketing/CRM systems
- Experience implementing and managing social media strategies
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and experience working with WordPress
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud and/or Canva
- Previous marketing experience within the executive education sector
