Key responsibilities

Programme delivery and client service

  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of executive education programmes, ensuring an exceptional experience for clients and participants.
  • Act as the primary point of contact during programme delivery, maintaining strong relationships and clear communication.
  • Provide outstanding customer service, responding quickly and effectively to evolving needs.

Stakeholder and contributor coordination

  • Work closely with Programme Designers, contributors and facilitators to ensure operational readiness.
  • Liaise with internal teams (Venue, F&B, Tech and Operations) to align resources and meet programme needs.

Logistics and event management

  • Manage logistical arrangements including accommodation, travel, dining, A/V setup, and cultural or networking activities.
  • Oversee the preparation, formatting, and distribution of supporting programme materials (e.g., timetables, joining instructions, workbooks, signage), ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and brand compliance.
  • Monitor live sessions and events, resolving issues in real time to maintain high delivery standards.

Financial and administrative Support

  • Support budget tracking and financial reconciliation in collaboration with Programme Designers.
  • Organise venues for company visits, arrange travel, and complete related administrative tasks.

Continuous improvement and quality assurance

  • Maintain meticulous delivery standards and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to refine delivery processes and contribute to operational excellence initiatives.

Ideal candidate

We are looking for a proactive, adaptable professional with a commitment to outstanding client and participant experiences. You will bring:

  • Experience in event management, operations, or project management, ideally within education, training, hospitality, or a related sector.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with confidence engaging with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Calmness under pressure and a solutions-focused approach.
  • Competence in using technology for programme delivery (e.g. A/V systems, online platforms).
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), or the ability and willingness to develop these skills rapidly.
  • Flexibility to work occasional early mornings, evenings, or weekends during programme delivery.

Desirable

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. Business, Education, Event Management).
  • Professional certifications (e.g. CMP, PMP, PRINCE2) or foreign language proficiency.
