Javier Marcos is an inspiring educator with 20 years’ experience working in academia, consulting, executive education and multinational corporations. Javier’s work focuses on sales leadership, customer value and business growth. Javier started his career in Unilever and has worked as a Senior Lecturer at Cranfield School of Management and Director of Custom Programmes Executive Education and Senior Faculty at Cambridge Judge Business School.
Combining insights from marketing, leadership and organisational development, Javier tailors his approach to provide meaningful and high impact learning experiences for senior executives. He has worked for multinational corporations as well as small and medium sized businesses globally in sectors such as retail, aerospace, financial and professional services, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals and the public sector.
Javier’s expertise is firmly grounded in business yet informed by the latest research and he is able to help leaders identify and realise high potential and innovative business opportunities in their organisational contexts. He is also expert in providing advice and facilitation to help executives understand and overcome the barriers that may constrain their development and business growth.
