Political Leadership – an interview with Dr Kristina Spohr

Dr Kristina Spohr, specialist in the International History of Germany since 1945 and the theory and practice of Contemporary History, discusses global leadership in the context of international crises, the “Conservative Revolution”, as well as hypothesising about what past leaders would think about the current challenges the world faces. Dr Spohr looks at the comparisons and contradictions of leaders from different countries and how they worked in their individual contexts.

Following the Political Leadership Symposium at Churchill College in November 2015, Gillian Secrett, CEO of The Møller Centre, interviewed a number of contributors including former Home Secretary, The Right Honourable Charles Clarke, Lord Mandelson, Julian Huppert and Kristina Spohr.

The leadership interviews were filmed by Cambridge TV and the third in the series of six can be viewed below.
