Julian Huppert, former MP for Cambridge, discusses  what he believes are the capabilities and behaviours required to be a political leader today. Gillian Secrett asks Huppert about the demands of the electorate on political leaders and how this affects their work, self-awareness and moral expectations.

Following the Political Leadership Symposium at Churchill College in November 2015, Gillian Secrett interviewed a number of contributors including former Home Secretary, The Right Honourable Charles Clarke, Lord Mandelson and Julian Huppert.
