The Møller Institute is pleased to share details of the launch of ‘The Instant Mood Fix’, a new book by University of Cambridge mental health researcher and Møller Institute Associate, Dr Olivia Remes.

How do you cope with stress, anxiety, procrastination, or moments of crisis? Do you wait for the ‘perfect’ solution, avoid the situation, or blame yourself? If so, it’s time to break the cycle.

In this book, Dr Olivia Remes distils a decade of research into short, practical chapters. This book contains 50 coping strategies for becoming more decisive, confident, and optimistic, and helps people let go of anxiety, stress, and other patterns that are holding them back.

It’s based on Olivia’s research and hundreds of conversations she has had with people who came to her seminars looking for evidence-based coping strategies to bounce back from obstacles and get closer to the life they want.

Dr Olivia Remes said “No matter what hand you’ve been dealt in life or your age, you can turn everything around and get closer to the life you want. This book will show you how.”
