Walid Ali

Guest Services Manager

Walid joined the Møller Institute team in February 2018 as Assistant Night Manager, he then then became a Guest Service Manager in December 2018.

With a background in coaching and night management, Walid has gained great experience in paying attention to detail and communicating with clients to ensure they are happy.

Walid’s responsibilities include maintenance and delivery of exceptional customer service throughout the Møller Institute through close working relations with the Operations Managers, Front of House Manager, Food and Beverage Manager, Client Development and Relationship teams and the Executive Chef.  Walid is also involved in identifying health, safety and security within the building and identify training needs of colleagues.
