Tina has designed and delivered in-house bespoke leadership development programmes for clients of the Møller Institute for over 10 years, and in that time has developed skills and interest in ways of measuring, framing and developing leadership competencies.
Qualified in multiple assessment tools she focuses attention on the ways in which the Institute can provide developmental insight from which participants can be empowered to make choices which enhance their leadership capacity.
