An interactive activity to understand human systems in action, which helps visualise the quality of our influence and participation as well as appreciate taking a systemic approach.

11.30 | Where power lies: between leaders and followers – Langley Sharpe, MBE.
A session covering the concept and importance of Followership as a behaviour and how it creates a dialogue between those who have structural authority, and those who choose to align with it. We will explore how power does not lie in the leader, or in the follower, but in the behaviours where they meet.
