We are delighted that we are once again open for small meetings and events. Following recently Government guidelines, we are now able to cater for small meetings and events, with a maximum of 30 delegates on-site at any one time.
As well as conference and events, we are also once again able to take accommodation bookings. If you are looking for a break and a change of scenery, why not choose the beautiful city of Cambridge safe in the knowledge that you will be well looked after at Møller Institute. We are following all Government guidelines and have put a number of measures in place to ensure your safety during your stay with us. Located on the edge of the City centre, a short 15 minutes walk and with free on-site parking, you can be away from the crowds when you would like to be.

We are pleased to receive the ‘We’re Good To Go’ from Visit Britain. Acquiring the Industry Standard mark means we have followed Government and industry Covid-19 guidelines, have a risk assessment in place and a process to maintain cleanliness and aid social distancing.

Your event journey
Increased cleaning schedules will be put in place for all public areas, in particular, those deemed to be high traffic areas.
Departed bedrooms, will be left vacant for three days before being cleaned, where possible.
Sanitation stations will be located in many areas across the Institute.
Temperature checks will take place for guests and staff before entering to building.
Coffee stations will be run by a member of our team to reduce the number of people coming into contact with the machines.
Our team will be located in several locations across the Institute to reduce contact levels, yet still allowing good communication to help add value to your meetings and events.
We will be using a comprehensive shift rotation plan to avoid any unnecessary team exposure.
Following Government advice we will be adhering to the 1m plus social distancing rule and in meeting rooms we will be recommending 2m, depending on delegate numbers.
Signage will be in place across Møller Institute to remind everyone of social distancing.
